The Tippmann 98 Platinum is a paintball marker engineered for reliability, customization, and easy maintenance, building on the legendary reputation of the 98 series. Its split receiver design provides effortless access to internal components, simplifying the installation of grip upgrades and other modifications.

Maintenance is quick and intuitive thanks to secure front sight spring and trigger pins, along with an easy-to-remove power tube featuring a self-sealing/locking gas line. Full-depth pockets for the ASA eliminate the need to loosen bolts during disassembly, speeding up servicing. The new barrel porting and matte finish improve marker air efficiency and reduce reflective glare, while integrated Picatinny rails make adding a carry handle, scopes, and other accessories a snap.

The redesigned vertical front grip offers improved stability and added texture for a more secure feel. Additionally, the redesigned sling mount end cap allows players to easily attach a variety of different sling styles.
