For the massive sale between april 20th to april 30th, we offer free shipping * for minimum purchases of $ 199.99 + taxes or more, in Canadian or US currency.

Free shipping is available; we offer it through the regular shipping service of Canada Post, UPS or Fedex Ground.

Below is a list of products that are not eligible for free shipping at any time: Discounted items, cases of 2000 paintballs and any item that has a length, width or height of more than 36 inches, as well as a weight of more than 15 pounds. In addition, any item(s) whose purchase value is less than $ 500 is also exempt from shipping. These items will be shipped and charged according to the type of shipping that has been chosen. Shipping Process

Regular Shipping Procedure in Canada and the United States by Canada Post, USPS and Fedex Ground

Online orders via our Impact Proshop website, received before 11 am a.m. between Monday and Friday, with the exception of holidays, will be shipped the same day if items are in stock in our inventory. We reserve the right to take more time to prepare & ship orders, due to the search of products in our inventory or for any other reasons that may interfere with the preparation process. In cases like this, we will quickly inform the customer of the situation.

 

For Canada, parcels shipped by regular shipping, delivered by Canada post, Ups or Fedex Ground are usually delivered between 3 to 5 business days, with the exception of holidays. For the United States, parcels shipped by regular shipping, delivered by Canada post, Ups or Fedex Ground are usually delivered between 7 to 10 business days, with the exception of holidays. If the estimated delivery time for your order is longer, you will be notified by e-mail as soon as possible.

Receive your order faster

You can receive your order within a 2-day period for orders shipping throughout Canada and 4 days in the US, by choosing the Quick Ship Delivery option in your shopping cart. This option costs 30$ before taxes in either Canadian or US currency according to your shipping area. It can be added to free deliveries, by paying the optional fast delivery charges in your shopping cart. FedEx is used to deliver our parcels with the fast delivery option, offered by Impact Proshop at a fixed rate.

Once shipped, fast delivery shipments by Fedex, are delivered in 2 days for Canada and 4 days for the United States on business days with the exception of holidays. In Quebec, receive your order in 24 hours

It is possible to get your parcel delivered within 24h to 48 hours, by choosing the bus delivery option in your shopping cart. This option is available for addresses located in Quebec only, for the low cost of only 20$ + taxes, in Canadian currency as shown in the shopping cart. This option can be added to free deliveries by paying the optional bus delivery fee in the shopping cart.

Once shipped, parcels delivered by bus will be shipped to the bus terminal nearest to you, within 24 to 48 hours. This service is available 7 days a week between 7 am and 10 pm, with the exception of Quebec holidays. Certain conditions apply. If the delivery time for your order is estimated to take longer than the usual 48 hours, you will be notified by phone or e-mail as soon as possible.

 

Delivery tracking and insurance

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number is provided within 24 hours of the shipment and upon receipt of the package you will be asked for a signature as well as, presentation of a piece of identification. You can track your shipment, online or by phone, with the chosen delivery service, by using the tracking number provided during your purchase.

As soon as your order is processed and shipped, an email will be sent with tracking information. You can also log into your account on our online store to view the current status of your order, 24 hours a day.

Impact-Proshop prides itself on ensuring the best online shopping experience therefore; we assume all costs for insurance on shipping your parcel. In addition, to make sure your parcel gets to the proper owner, we have asked the shipping service to request a signature upon delivery of the parcel.

For any problems concerning your shipment, a damaged package or a shipment that has not arrived on time, for reasons beyond our control such as temperature, strikes or other, you must contact the chosen shipping company, with the tracking number that was provided at the time of your purchase. Please note, it will be our pleasure to support you through this process.

Delivery services usually take place between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. If you are not present or are unavailable at the time of delivery, a delivery confirmation will be left at your door. Please read the information left on the delivery notice for additional details. To avoid any inconveniences, please bring a photo ID with you when you pick up your package. If the delivery time for your order is estimated to take longer than usual, you will be notified by phone or e-mail as soon as possible.

Conditions and exceptions

Certain products cannot be shipped due to certain restrictions. Here are some products that cannot be shipped by our delivery services: Smoke grenades, Compressed Air tanks, some Airsoft products and various other items. Certain conditions apply. It is the purchaser’s sole responsibility to enter his / her full address during the online transaction. If the parcel is returned because the address provided is incomplete or inaccurate, an additional shipping charge will apply for the next shipment.

In-Store pickup

Online orders via our Impact Proshop website, received before 11 am Mondays through Sundays, except for ** event days, can be picked up in the shop the same day after 3 pm, during our business hours if the items are in stock. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact us before the pick-up, to confirm that the order is ready. We reserve the right to take more time to prepare orders in order to search for the products in our inventory or for any other reasons that may interfere with the preparation process. If a delay on the preparation of the order should happen, we inform the customer of the situation as quickly as possible.

When you choose the in-store pickup as an option, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order is ready to be picked up, you must have the credit card with which you made the transaction in hand, in order to provide proof of identity for the credit cardholder in question.

To avoid any inconvenience, please bring a photo ID with you, when you pick up your package.
